Tamara and Eris

This is the story of what happens when it hasn't rained in Sydney for about three months and you cop the entire backlog of water on your wedding day. What was planned to be a lovely sunny Spring afternoon ceremony on the green of gorgeous Palm Beach Golf Club, turned out to be a lovely very water-logged ceremony on the green of gorgeous Palm Beach Golf Club!

Tamara & Eris were absolute champions; they embraced the wet weather and didn't stop smiling and laughing the whole day despite being drenched from head to toe for most of it! They (and their awesome bridal party) even voluntarily ran down onto the soggy sands of Palm Beach for some photos with me in the rain, before racing back to the shelter and warmth of their cocktail reception over at the Club House. Their wedding was definitely one for the history books - both for being the wettest wedding I've ever shot and for being one of the most fun, with one of the most legendary couples ever.

[ Side note: proof that your wedding can still be awesome even if it does bucket down. ]
